Addressing a high level event on climate change in Brussels, India’s External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj said the commitment to combat climate change is rooted in India’s ethos, and considers Earth as Mother, and reportedly she said, India will reduce the emission intensity of its  GDP by 25 percent over 2005 levels by 2020. It will further reduce it  by 33 to 35 percent by 2030 as part of its National Determined Contributions, media report said.
