Science and technology ministers of India and the UK met in Delhi on Wednesday to review the progress made in the UK-India partnership in science, technology and innovation under the Newton-Bhabha programme, said media report.
According to the report, India’s minister, Dr Harsh Vardhan had a meeting with his counterpart, Jo Johnson in New Delhi and both ministers reiterated the spirit and essence of the Newton-Bhabha programme, emphasising that the scientific knowledge creation and its application is directed for the welfare of both the nations, said news report.
